Who we are

Holdspace is made by Ruth Unaegbu Counselling & Coaching (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@holdspacetimer.com.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into Holdspace is saved in your own browser’s storage on the device you’re using. That includes your timers, agendas, segment messages, private notes, the names you enter for a check-in round, your saved templates and your settings. It is not sent to us, and we can’t see it.

You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Share links

When you copy a share link, the details of that timer travel inside the link itself: for example the end time, segment names, your message for the group and, for a check-in round, the names in it. Your private notes are never included. Anyone who has the link can see that timer, so share it only with your group. Wherever you paste the link, such as a video call chat, that service handles it under its own privacy policy.

No tracking

Holdspace has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The website and the app load their fonts and files from our own site, so your visit doesn’t send information to other companies.

When you buy Holdspace

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing information and any taxes, under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details.

Lemon Squeezy shares the order details we need to support you: your name, email address, country, what you bought and your license key.

Unlocking with your license key

When you enter your license key, Holdspace sends it to Lemon Squeezy to confirm it’s valid, along with a short label for your device, such as “Holdspace on Mac, Oct 9, 2026”. This lets you see and manage which devices use your key. An unlocked copy checks the key again now and then when it’s online.

Our website host

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, its servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

When you email us

If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you, and for our records.

How long we keep information

We keep order and support records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@holdspacetimer.com. Some purchase records must be kept for tax reasons. Information saved in your browser is in your control, and you can clear it yourself.

Children

Holdspace is made for adults who lead groups. It isn’t directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Holdspace handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
